A Word from the Managing Director
I became a registered provider in 2002 because I felt I could make a change in how we care for our elderly.
Such was my desire to provide quality instead of quantity, I resigned my post as Senior Engineer to pursue my ethos that every human being has a basic right to be treated with respect dignity and understanding. Coupled with the fact that the basic human instinct is to care I decided to put my beliefs to practice.
I am pleased that over the past 6 years Redrose Care Ltd has been pivotal in making positive changes in how we deliver services to our residents and by adhering to our companies ethos our success has meant that our portfolio has grown to four homes each working to provide the highest quality care in the best environment.
What's next? Well, there's still plenty to do - my energy, desire and enthusiasm is such that whilst I am still a registered provider then I will continue demanding the very highest quality of care in our homes whilst at the same time acquiring further homes which will enable Redrose to spread it's good practice to other residents.
