Our Philosophy
We realise that placing a loved one in care requires a high level of sensitivity and understanding for both the prospect resident and the family, after all living in a community based care home is a huge change from independent living not to mention everything else that has to be taken into consideration. Therefore, in all our homes we have specially trained managers who are there to support you and spend time talking about the process of placing your loved one in our care and answering any questions that family members may have after all the home managers are the direct link between the families and all other outside professionals so who better to provide the best advice.
At Redrose Care Ltd we recognise that every prospective resident should have the opportunity to choose a home, which suits their needs and abilities whilst maintaining the maximum degree of independence in a homely, caring and safe environment. Families and next of kin must be convinced that the home will meet any requirement a prospective resident may have.
Residents will live as full and active a life as their physical and mental condition will allow. Their health and wellbeing of residents is of the utmost importance and central in our objective.
